Shipping Policy WildPeak

Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia only. Orders are fulfilled by WildPeak and our trusted logistics partners. Items may ship from our Australian warehouse or from partner warehouses overseas (mainly in Asia), depending on stock.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to activate.
Delivery estimates (Australia)
Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days after dispatch to most metro areas; regional/remote addresses may take longer.
Expedited Shipping (when available): 5–10 business days after dispatch. Availability depends on the product and destination.
> Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather events, customs inspections, peak seasons).
Shipping fees
We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. For international orders, a flat rate of $9.90 applies. Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over $80. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, but usually range between 7–14 business days
Expedited options (if offered at checkout) are shown with their prices.
Oversized & Heavy Items
Please note that oversized products (such as roof top tents or large camping gear) may incur additional shipping costs depending on your delivery location.
If the actual shipping cost exceeds the standard flat rate included in the product price, we will contact you before dispatch.
You will have the choice to cover the additional cost or receive a full refund.
Split shipments
To get your items to you faster, products in the same order may ship separately with different tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@wildpeak.com.au. We can update it before the order ships; after dispatch, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Undeliverable / returned-to-sender
Packages returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or refusal of delivery can be reshipped; reshipping fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Duties & taxes
Prices at checkout include GST where applicable. Orders shipping domestically within Australia generally do not incur additional duties. If a carrier or customs agency assesses any extra fees, those are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged items
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, or if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@wildpeak.com.au with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and assist with a replacement or solution.
Pre-orders / backorders
If an item is marked as pre-order or out of stock, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page. Your order will ship as soon as inventory arrives.
